  Piku: a new trend film             Peo ple who had watched Piku were talking very highly of the movie and after watching it; lengthy discussions were held by the audience and dissected the constipation problems with new perspectives and connotations. I watched this much talked about movie a couple of days back. The film is very simplified and the narration goes around a simple common subject of everyday life in a neat way. Here the author very intelligently analyses the simple subject like constipation that affects human beings both physically and psychologically and how get maniacal about such things in old age. The script of the film, the dialogues, the total approach     and the treatment - all speak of and reflect a new perception that has been evolving in Indian cinema.
